To add a new email account:
Click Tools
Click Accounts at the bottom of the list
Click Add -> Mail
Type in the Display name, this is what people see when they get the email from you (Yourname)
Click Next
Type in the Email address (yourname@your-isp.net)
Click Next
Set the Incoming Mail Server to a Pop3 server.
Type in pop.your-isp.net for the incoming mail.
Type in smtp.your-isp.net for the outgoing mail.
Type in yourname@your-isp.net for the Account Name
Type in yourpassword for the password
Leave the check mark in the save password.
Leave the SPA box unchecked.
Click Next
Click Finish

You will be back to the Internet Accounts page.
Highlight the account you just created, click properties.
On the general tab, make sure the "include this account..." is checked.

Click the Servers Tab
Put a check in the "My server requires autentication" box.
Click Apply
Click OK
Click Close

Now when you click "Send/Receive" every account on the "Mail" tab will get the mail and put it in the inbox.

If you click on the Tools / Accounts, click on the Mail Tab, and remove all other accounts but the pcronin one then it will only get the mail from the yourname@your-isp.net and put it in your inbox.
